Sept. 7 - 13th Annual Celebrate Amherst: 10 a.m.-10 p.m. On Main Street in Downtown Amherst. Events take place from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Events include: craft vendors, classic car show, kid's activities, silent auction, fire truck and emergency vehicle display, and Central Wisconsin Ford Model A Club Rides. Street Dance with live music from 6-10 p.m. Food and drinks available.

Sept. 8 - St. John Lutheran Church Harvest Dinner: 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. St. John Lutheran Church, 502 Cedar Street, Tigerton. The Praise Worship Service will start at 10:30 a.m. with Rev Dean Suehring, music by Faith, Hope & Harmony, Dan & Julie Krolow. The Family Style meal will include Swiss Steak, Broasted Chicken, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Glazed Carrots, Green Beans, and Homemade Pies. Adults $14, Children 5-12 $7, Under 5 Free. Sept. 17 - Yoga Class: 6-7 p.m. Polonia Park, 7419 County Road Z, Custer. The class is $10, with the profits split between the Polish Heritage Awareness Society Central Wisconsin and Polonia Park.

Sept. 21 - 1st Annual Potrykus Construction Golf Outing: 10 a.m. tee off. J and B Clover Greens, 521 Mavis Road, Marion. Hole prizes  and plaque for winning team. Registration is $240 for a team of four (lunch included). Proceeds in memory of Jamie Steliga for the creation of a Wittenberg Dog Park.
