April 5 - Mom Prom-Under The Sea: 5 p.m.-Midnight. Crystal Falls, 1500 Handschke Drive, New London. There will be dinner, dessert, dancing, a cash bar, raffles, and photo opportunities. Although it is called Mom Prom, the event is open to anyone over the age of 21. The theme this year is Under the Sea; come dressed up, in formal wear, or as you are. April 13 - 23rd Annual Embarrass River Lions Club Easter Egg Hunt: 1 p.m. Tigerton Community Park, Pine Street, Tigerton. The event is for all children ages toddler through age 10. The Easter Bunny will be in attendance. There will be treats and door prizes for everyone. Parents must preregister by April 7 by calling 715-326-0369. In the event of bad weather the hunt will be moved indoors to the Tigerton Community Center, which will be decided the day of the event.

April 19 - Iola Spring Trail Race: 9 a.m. Iola Winter Sports Club, E398 County Road MM, Iola. Will include 5k and 15 k races, as well as a free kids 1k race, weather permitting. Food and drinks will be available to purchase at the Chalet. Cost is $20 per race. In-person registration will be available from 8-8:45 a.m. day of the race.
