2025 Director Elections
Central Wisconsin Electric Cooperative (CWEC) members who live in District 1 and District 2 have the opportunity to elect a director in April to represent them.
DISTRICT 2
- The seat to represent District 2 is currently held by Lee Lehrer, who is retiring, and not seeking reelection. Todd Pamperin, from the Town of Wyoming, and Nathan Reichle, from the Town of Helvetia, are both running for the open District 2 director seat.
- CWEC members in District 2 should receive information on how to cast a ballot, as well as the official ballots, in the mail. Members in District 2, please follow the voting guidelines below to cast your MAIL-IN ballot.
- Only an official ballot may be used to cast a vote.
- Only an official ballot envelope may be used to mail back a ballot. Mail this ballot even if you plan to attend the annual meeting.
- Only one ballot per member.
- Only one ballot per envelope.
- To indicate their choice of director when voting, a voter must check the appropriate box, circle the appropriate box or circle the candidate’s name. Any other marks will not be counted.
- Any marks overlapping multiple boxes that do not indicate the voter’s clear intent will not be counted.
- The ballots should be returned to CliftonLarsonAllen LLP in Marshfield by the close of business on the last day of business (April 9, 2025) prior to the annual meeting.
DISTRICT 3
- Current Director Allen Zander is running for reelection and is unopposed in District 3.
- Since the District 3 race is uncontested, CWEC members in District 3 will not receive ballots in the mail. Those members will vote in-person at the CWEC Annual Meeting on April 10.
