For some members who recently had a new electric meter installed, the October electric bill, which covers usage in September, could include up to 38 days for the basic charge. This is due to the timing of the bill calculation and the meter exchange for the new meter system. If your electric bill has more days included on it for the September usage, it will have less days on it when the November bill is calculated for October usage.
