As our nation responds to COVID-19, we know that the most important thing we can do to help is to keep your power on. We want to assure you that we have plans in place for the continued delivery of reliable power to your homes, businesses, farms and families. We are following CDC guidelines and are taking steps to reduce face-to-face contact to help protect our community and keep our employees safe, healthy and on the job for you. On that note, beginning Wednesday, March 18, the lobby doors at Central Wisconsin Electric Cooperative will be closed to walk-in traffic to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
There are many ways to pay your bill without face-to-face contact:
- You can put payments in our dropbox outside our office. This is located by the exit from the west parking lot and is checked every business day.
- You can pay through SmartHub, our account management tool. It’s available through www.cwecoop.com or with an app for your tablet or smartphone.
- You can sign up for our auto-pay program and have your electric bill automatically drafted on the 4th of each month from your checking account or card of your choice.
- You can make payments over the phone through the automated system by calling 844-239-0083.
As always, our operators and emergency dispatchers are available 24/7, 800-377-2932. We will keep you informed of any updates and we thank you for your continued support. Be safe and healthy.
