Due to the recommendation made in mid-March by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to cancel or postpone in-person events that will consist of 50 people or more throughout the United States for eight weeks, Central Wisconsin Electric Cooperative has decided to postpone its annual meeting. The annual meeting was scheduled for April 21, and will be postponed to a future date that hasn’t been determined yet.

We will continue to collect mailed ballots until the previously printed deadline of April 20, 2020. The ballots will remain at CliftonLarsonAllen, until the reschedule annual meeting date.

When a date has been chosen for the postponed annual meeting, information will be mailed to each member, included in our pages in Wisconsin Energy Cooperative News magazine, and it will be posted on CWEC’s Facebook page, SmartHub, and its website at www.cwecoop.com.
