Michael Schultz
Town of Harrison
Michael Schultz is a CWEC member living in Waupaca County in the Township of Harrison. He and his wife, Becky, have owned a home there since 2007. Michael has been coming to the Township of Harrison to enjoy the recreational opportunities for more than 35 years. After receiving an Industrial Engineering degree, he spent 30 years in the woodworking industry as an engineer and a small business owner. He is involved in the community by serving as a volunteer first responder for Northwest First Responders, a crewmember of Iola Ambulance, and Supervisor on the Harrison Town Board.

Tom Smith
Town of Morris
Tom Smith is a CWEC member living in Shawano County in the Township of Morris. He and his wife, Anne, have lived there since 1976. Tom has been a director for the cooperative since 2007 and earned his Credentialed Cooperative Director, Board Leadership, and Director Gold certificates by completing continuing education classes. Tom retired from education after 30 years of service in the Bowler and Marion School Districts. For hobbies he enjoys his eleven grandchildren, woodworking, gardening, and hunting. Tom is involved in the community by being a member of and on the council at St. John Lutheran Church in Tigerton, as well as a Bowler Fire District Safety Officer and Firefighter.
District 3 Director Candidate
Sue Rombalski
Town of Bevent
Sue Rombalski, a 56-year Cooperative member, lives in Marathon County, in the Township of Bevent, and has been a director since 2010. She continues her co-op education and has the Credential Gold in the education certificate program. She serves on the board’s Finance Committee and is the secretary/treasurer for the board. She is also a member of the state Education Committee. Her background is in accounting, bookkeeping, insurance, and auditing. She is a volunteer and serves in many areas at her local church and in her community. Her five grandchildren and her four-year-old great-granddaughter give her the
greatest joy.
