2023 Member Appreciation Breakfast

2023 CWEC Member Appreciation Breakfast

Member Appreciation Breakfast set for Oct. 28

Central Wisconsin Electric Cooperative (CWEC) will host its Member Appreciation Breakfast at its headquarters in Rosholt on Saturday, Oct. 28 as a way to show its appreciation to its members. The breakfast is scheduled to take place from  8-11 a.m.

In addition to a pancake breakfast, the following will be available at the event:

  • Door Prizes
  • Kids Costume Contest (Judging at 9:45 a.m.)
  • Halloween Treat Bag for Kids
  • Kids Bike Drawing at 10 a.m.
  • Bounce House
  • Hotline Demonstrations
  • Craft & Gift Fair featuring local vendors
  • Free Blood Pressure Screening provided by Rural Health Initiative staff

For those who have confidential paper documents that they want to recycle, the paperwork can be brought to the Member Appreciation Breakfast. The documents will be placed in secure canisters to be shredded by a recycling company.

A toy drive will be held to kickoff the 2023 CWEC Toys for Tots campaign. Those who bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate will be entered in a special prize drawing.

A food drive will also be held. Those who bring canned food items to be donated to local food pantries will receive one LED light bulb for every three food items. (Up to 15 limit)

 

These vendors are scheduled to be set up at the CWEC Member Appreciation Breakfast:

Marilyn Hebert – Gnomes, homemade Christmas ornaments, gnome ornaments, plus other homemade items

Diane Civik – Pot holders, scrubs, doll clothes, crochet dish clothes, jams, jellies

Cathy Jensen – Honey, maple syrups, homemade jams, barsm caramel corn, candy’s pies, and more homemade goodies

Carleen Eckardt – Crochet and knitted items, dish clothes, scrubs, towels, Amigurumis

Jerry Onesti – American Girl doll dresses, hats, and mittens, denim purses, plus other handmade items

Marge Krogwold – Rage rugs, mats, mug rugs, and aprons

Up North Baskets & Etc-Chris Kott – Baskets

Glenn Haroldson – Honey and other items made with honey

Angie Mavis – Decorative bottles, jars, homemade greeting cards, home décor, and chalk couture

Mike's Meats – Beef jerky

Linda Robertson – Crochet top towels, knit dish clothes and scrubs, assorted angels and ornaments, and baked items

Lois Alfheim – Air fresheners, embroidered towels, potholder towels

Angie Zubella – Stress management, life coaching sessions, myofascial release appointment bookings, selfcare journals for sale

Royce Moericke – Goat milk soap, small crafts

Bent Limb Orchard-Robert & Melissa Hennes – Apple cider, apple sauce, apple pies, apples

Allen & Miriam Durke – Maple syrup and maple syrup products

Lanna Langdok – local author selling books

Michelle Fox – Paparazzi Accessories, jewelry

Nature’s Essence Photgraphy LLC - Kim Hartman – On-site fall themed portraits taken

Debra Ostrowski – Rugs

Jeannie Altenburg – Color Street nails, polish remover, samples
